Refund policy

DAMAGED/FAULTY OR WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

Please inspect your purchases immediately, ensuring it is the right product you ordered and not damaged. If there is damage you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photographic proof of the damage. Claims for replacement due to damage will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

In the unlikely event you discover a fault with your product, contact us immediately by email greenhousedirect.info@gmail.com with a detailed description of the fault and attached photos. 

AnGreenhouse will ensure to collect the damaged/faulty or wrong product as soon as possible. However, please note that it may take 1-4 weeks and may take longer for rural locations. In all cases the product(s) must be adequately packed to prevent further damage, in the original packaging. Undamaged original packaging is an important part of the value of a product containing important information relevant to the function of the product.
